Personal Development coaching puts your wellbeing and confidence at the centre of the process. Coaching is all about helping you to move from where you are now to where you want to be.
Ultimately, it is about personal and professional development; personal growth; becoming unstuck and making positive changes in your life. Often people access coaching to make changes or improve in specific areas, such as developing confidence in job interviews, in which case the coaching would be very focussed on that. Others prefer to use the space to reflect on a range of issues in their lives; including their values; their needs and their personal goals.
We provide you the confidential space to make time just for you to explore your wants and needs, your dreams and aspirations, your well-being and contentment. It is the space to be you, to be listened to and be supported to make positive changes and grow in confidence.

Breakthrough sessions:
Breakthrough sessions are ideal for focussing on a single issue you wish to gain clarity about; take decisive action on or feel more confident with. Sessions can be booked for 1.5 or 2 hours.

Reset and Refocus – 6hr coaching plan bespoke to you
Are you at a crossroads in your life? Know that you want more from life but don't seem to be able to make it happen? This coaching programme allows you time and space to explore and discover what it is you really want; what it is from stopping you and how to overcome those barriers & make progress.
This programme provides you with 6 hours of 1 to 1 coaching time, working in sessions of 60 - 90 minutes. In the sessions, we focus on the issue you choose to focus on & the coaching is tailored to your needs. It is available face to face in Leeds or Bingley, or on Zoom.
